Pan-seared Scottish salmon with garden tomatoes.
Pappardelle pasta with Virginia peaches, chanterelle mushrooms and ribbons of country ham.
Pan roasted Pekin Farms duck breast with seared foie gras.
A cheese selection, followed by desert and wedding cake.
Of course, someone had to be entrusted to photograph each of those dishes. And then eat them after photographing. That would be me. And as I bit into that succulent piece of duck, all I could think of was that bowl of risotto all those years ago.

p.s. I spent an hour on the floor of my basement trying to find that picture of Chef Patrick from 20 years ago. I was about to give up when a thought crossed my mind.
